Sensitivity and specificity were estimated for unstructured risk assessments using AUDIT-C as the reference test by gender. Varying cut-offs were used to determine AUDIT-C risk (visible along each curve). These AUDIT-C cut-offs are visible as numbers along the curve. To account for clustering, sensitivity and specificity were derived from a series of multi-level logistic regressions with random intercepts for clients and services
